All applicants who are recommended as prize winners from the audition will perform at winners’ concerts. At the conclusion of each concert, the awards ceremony will take place to offer certificates of achievement awards to all performers. The certificate recipients will be listed as the official winners of the VIVO International Music Competition for the year.

Concert Fees for each division are as follows:

Solo performer:  $225.00 (includes 4 complimentary tickets)
Duo Group:  $300.00 per group (includes 4 complimentary tickets)
Trio Ensemble:  $390.00 per ensemble (includes 6 complimentary tickets)
Quartet or Larger Ensemble: $120.00 per ensemble member (includes 2 complimentary tickets per member)

**Additional Tickets - $50.00

Please note that all concert fees are non-refundable and will not provide refunds for any of the following; (a) lost late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or misdirected entries; (b) any conditions caused by events beyond the control of VIVO International Music Competition (i.e. weather complications natural disasters, etc.); (c) absence of participant due to personal, general, or logistical issues.

Performers should arrive 30 minutes prior to the concert.

Performers will be standing by backstage during the concert, during intermission, and during the awards ceremony. We encourage performers to wear formal, appropriate attire. Absolutely no jeans, sneakers, or sportswear will be allowed.

Please note that VIVO International Music Competition does not provide accompanists for concerts. Performers are required to bring their own accompanist.

Video/Photo Recording Policy:

Use of recording equipment (photo and video cameras) during the recital is strictly prohibited.  Professional licensed photographer will be making archival pictures of performers on site.
